Who sells

You buy îlot from Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC), its reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles the taxes, under its buyer terms. The publisher named in the legal notice grants you the licence below.

Price

€7.99 including VAT, paid once. No subscription. The updates and the new items of îlot are included at no extra cost.

Your licence

Buying îlot gives you a personal licence to use it, at home or at work, on up to 3 PCs at once with one key. You may not resell it, publish your key or remove the licence check.

îlot checks your key online when you activate it, then about once a week. Offline, it keeps working for 30 days after the last check.

Refunds and withdrawal

Within 14 days of your purchase, you are refunded in full, in one click and without giving a reason: see Refunds. This covers your legal right of withdrawal. Once refunded, the key stops working.

Legal guarantee

îlot comes with the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code). If it does not work as described, write to contact@ilot.app: we fix it or refund you.

Liability

îlot is made with care, but keep a copy of your important files. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms follow French law, without taking away the protection of the law of the country you live in. Write to us first at contact@ilot.app: most things are solved in one email. The purchase itself also falls under Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Otherwise, you can bring the dispute before the competent court.
