Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your purchase, you get your money back in one click. No questions asked.
In one click
In îlot, open Settings › Licence and choose “Refund me”. The refund leaves at once, and your key stops working on every PC.
Without îlot
Write to contact@ilot.app from the email you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase. We refund you within two working days.
When the money arrives
It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it shows within 5 to 10 days.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway: if îlot does not work as it should on your PC, we will find a solution.
Your right of withdrawal
European law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. This refund honours it in full: no reason to give, and you keep it even though îlot is delivered at once.
